Making cabinets from parts can be both rewarding and profitable, with custom made quality assured. The cabinet doors can be thicker (allow for more details), drawer boxes made from any species, and cabinet parts made from plywood. Our cabinetry specifications and assembling instruction guarantee components will fit flawlessly.

The following packages can be ordered by utilizing cabinets by design services or requesting specific cabinet parts (Imperial/English, or Metric system; dimensions in the "metric" will assure you the greatest precision). All of the following packages can be supplied unfinished, completely finished, or a combination of either.

Cabinet Custom Doors to Order


Custom Made Cabinet Doors, End Panels and Drawer Fronts:

21 mm (13/16") thickness standard (flat insert panels are 12 mm plywood), mortise-tenon or miter joints, many styles and many species, matching edge profile overlay fillers, and valances. We prefer prestained or prefinished insert panel edges.

Profile match and finish match options are also available.

Making Cabinets Drawer Boxes


Custom Made Drawer Boxes:

Dovetail or Finger Joints, 15 mm (5/8") wall thickness, 12 mm thick bottom are standard. If ordering unfinished, the bottom can be left unattached until finishing is complete. The drawer core can also be drilled for our standard slides (unless specified).

Finger Joint Drawer Box can be done Angled or have Radius Fronts.

• Making Cabinetry Parts Ready to Assemble, Cabinets from Plywood:

  For making cabinets we prefer and strongly recommend 100% formaldehyde free (we do like Columbia Forest Products*), prefinished veneer core, and maple plywood. Most people really like the light interior with the only exceptions being open cabinets with glass doors. Check out our cabinetry review page.

  For all exposed plywood parts (panels, interior of open or glass door cabinets), we use an A1 or better grade plywood. Real wood veneer edge banding is also our personal preference and conceder it to be a standard, but there is no obligation when ordering parts.

  Usually, and by our standard, the cut list includes all parts necessary to build cabinets, according to design plans and construction methods. All parts are labeled and numbered to coincide with the drawings, predrilled for hardware and shelving, and ready to assemble.

  In special circumstances, we may suggest you use MDF core materials for end panels and you we be notified ahead.

  Because we are not looking just to make a sale, we are asking you to research locally for cabinet plywood parts fabrication (with the cut list in your hands) in order to avoid costly shipping and an unnecessary waste of your money. And, to benefit your collaborative enthusiasm, we will provide you with templates for hardware placement and any other assembling needs for free.

Here the phone chargers, under cabinet TV's, child monitors, clocks, and phones etc. can be powered. The wiring will be totally hidden and easy to maintain.

  Includes floor plan, elevations, as well as installation instructions for trims and details, all fully assembled cabinets and components, installation screws, and basic color match touch up kit.
